Advance HCQ701 Marine Gearbox

The Advance HCQ701 series of marine gearboxes have the functions of deceleration, reverse and forward clutch and withstand propeller thrust; they have the characteristics of compact structure, small size, light weight and high speed, and can be matched with high-speed engines to form ship power units. HCQ700/HCQ701 gearboxes are arranged vertically off-center. HCQH700 gearboxes are arranged horizontally off-center and can be used for left and right engine room layouts. The downtilt angles of the output shafts of HCA700/HCA701 gearboxes are 8°/5° respectively.

Applications: Advance HCQ701 series of marine gearboxes are mainly used in medium-sized high-speed ships such as yachts, traffic boats, passenger ships, and official ships.

The independently developed Advance’s HCQ/HCA/HCM/HCV series of lightweight high-speed marine gearboxes have a power range of 20kW ~ 2300 kW, a speed ratio range of 1.0 ~ 3.5:1, and complete product specifications. Among them, the product with “Q” model has a cast iron box, the product with “M” model has an aluminum alloy box, and the product with “A” and “V” has an inclination transmission structure. This series of products of the company has a high market share and is widely used in various types of yachts, traffic boats, passenger ships, official ships and other ships. Its product design and manufacturing capabilities are domestically leading and have reached the international advanced level.
