If the pipeline‟s elbows too many, the diameter of the exhaust pipeline must be enlarged.

5.6 Genset Installation Model in Particular condition:

5.7 Installation Requirement for Fuel Supply System:
A. Fuel tank for daily use together with oil storage tank can be adopted for 8 hours‟ working whose volume is calculated as: the genset rated power times 2.7 liters.
B. The fuel tank for daily use must be 1 meter higher than the genset installation plane, but not too high, so as to prevent its pressure from exceeding the load of the genset fuel pump.
C. The exit of the oil storage tank must be 75 mm above the fuel tank bottom.
D. The bottom of the oil storage tank must lean over 30 mm to the ground so as to prevent its inside from accumulating and absorbing dust into the daily-use fuel tank. It‟s also convenient for removing different obstacles.
E. When the oil storage tank full, after 48 hours sediment, the accumulated dust and water inside must be discharged before reuse.

Fuel-feed System Pattern (With Neutral fuel tank)
6.1 Installation ways are uncovered, inside cable slot, buried, laid and mixed with multi-lines.
6.2 The end line of genset must be connected with soft cable so as to reduce the vibration frequency of genset. If there‟s some distance between the switch and the genset, a cable connection box can be installed beside the genset so that the length of the soft cable line may be saved. A cable connection box can be applied among the connection box, the switch screen and the electrical distribution screen, so that some expenditure can be decreased.
7. Regulation for Electronic Governor
The genset FDK Co. manufactured are equipped in engine with partly mechanical governor and partly electronic one. The power of both of them is quality and quantity guaranteed. This will bring the best convenience for the genset to accomplish the auto control functions such as auto paralleling control, etc.
Every engine with electronic governor of FDK Co. is all to be regulated, so customers do not have to perform this kind of process except after the future general maintenance or if some probable breakdown happens to the electronic governor.

A. Place switch “C1” to “On”, if something of drifted away while moving, place “C2” to „Off”.
B. If everything OK, place “C2” to “On”.
C. Turn the “Gain” and “Stability” to the intermediate.
D. Connect terminal “L” with “M” temporarily.
7.1 Regulation after the Electronic Governor‟s Start
While the engine is in the style of cold, regulate the fuel throttle draw bar suitably, the rotation speed is to be altered .Generally, the speed is at its speed around 1500 rpm. After a period of rotation of the genset till the water temperature rises progressively, the degree of throttle must be let down so as to keep its rotation at the speed of 1500±10 rpm. And this degree is exacting the rated rotation speed of the genset.
7.2 On the genset instrument panel is installed a frequency meter. In general, if any meter of rotation speed is not installed, the rotation speed can be calculated as the following formula:
Tachometer “n”= F × 60/p
(“P” —-synchronous genset pole logarithm, e.g. 4-pole genset “P” is 2.)
